There’s plenty of room for you, a desk, a visitors’ chair and several filing cabinets and shelving. Includes large joiner made, lockable double glazed windows. This allows light to flood into your office, providing it with a bright, airy and appealing interior.
There’s insulation within all the walls, ceiling and the floor. The walls and ceiling are painted with ivory matt emulsion. The outside is preserved, then fully painted the colour of your choice. The insulated and strengthened floor is finished with high quality luxury cushion flooring.
Full electrics installed including 5 no. double sockets, light switches,  low voltage high spec’ lighting, sensor led lighting, consumer box, cctv, heating, vent and connection to mains.
All built and supported on a fully installed flat, level and firm concrete base.
