Exterior is stained with Sadolin Classic antique pine.

painted silk (washable) ivory and the flooring is heavy duty, grey floor paint.
Architrave and skirting is antique pine as exterior.
Fully insulated floor, walls and ceiling (K18 kingspan Kooltherm).
Seamless jointing. Full electrics including 8no. sockets, low voltage led lighting.
2no. industrial 3 pin panel/ wall sockets. Switched sensor light and consumer
box with connection to mains. Vaulted and beamed ceiling. 1no. double doors, 1no.
side single door, 3no. windows. All double glazed, draft sealed and
lockable. Guttering fitted to both sides.
2 areas of floor have been reinforced with solid concrete to
support approx. 980kg lathe and milling machine.
