Exterior is treated and stained with Osmo two part system, natural oil/wax spruce. Premium black shingle tile roofing system. Decorative finials. Interior is painted ivory and the flooring is heavy duty, antique oak vinyl. Architrave and skirting is osmo natural spruce as exterior.

Fully insulated floor, walls and ceiling (K18 kingspan Kooltherm) on top of 25mm battened air gap. Seamless jointing all round. Full electrics including 8no. sockets, low voltage dimmable spots. Switched half lantern sensor PIR light and consumer box with connection to mains. Vaulted and beamed ceiling. Full pane double doors, 3no. windows. All double glazed, draft sealed and lockable.

Exterior is stained with Sadolin Classic antique pine. Premium green shingle tile roofing system. Decorative finials. Interior is painted silk (washable) ivory and the flooring is heavy duty, grey floor paint. Architrave and skirting is antique pine as exterior.

Fully insulated floor, walls and ceiling (K18 kingspan Kooltherm). Seamless jointing. Full electrics including 8no. sockets, low voltage led lighting. 2no. industrial 3 pin panel/ wall sockets. Switched sensor light and consumer box with connection to mains. Vaulted and beamed ceiling. 1no. double doors, 1no. side single door, 3no. windows. All double glazed, draft sealed and lockable. Guttering fitted to both sides.

2 areas of floor have been reinforced with solid concrete to support approx. 980kg lathe and milling machine.
